Minnesota Statute section 237.70, subdivision 2 requires all local service providers to offer TAP credits (monthly telephone service discounts) to low income households and households that may be behind in paying their bills.
The current TAP credit amount is $7.00 per month and the TAP application is posted here: https://mn.gov/puc/assets/2019%20TAP%20App_tcm14-371427.pdf.
